ACRYLATE LLP is Kazakhstan manufacturer of styrene-acrylic dispersions. The plant was built in 2013 and started its operation in 2014. Production facilities are located in the city of Kapshagai (60 km from the city of Almaty) at own land plot with the total area of 10 ha. The floor space of the administrative building is 734 m2, the production building occupies 2592 m2, finished products and raw materials storage area is 541,9 m2, liquid monomers storage area is 675 m2. Construction of heated storage spaces of 1500 sq. m. is under design. The enterprise has electric power supply with 3 loopback substations with the total capacity of 1,5 mega Watt. Our laboratory has been constructed at a state-of-the-art level; it is furnished with equipment manufactured in Europe and meets all the requirements of the National Center for Expertise and Certification. It has a separate water supply line. The staff is 42 persons.
As of today, it is the only enterprise producing styrene-acrylic and vinyl-acetate dispersions in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are widely used in varnish-and-paint and construction, textile, paper-cellulose fields as well as for oil drilling and mining equipment.
ACRYLATE works towards import substitution and is aimed at production of goods highly competitive with its foreign analogues in terms of quality and chemical properties. The plant has 2 production lines with the total capacity of up to 9000 tons of output per annum and increasing by 10-15% annually, which makes it possible to cover a vast territory of consumers.
The major strategic concern of Acrylate is provision this products of high quality across the regions of Central Asia.
Currently the importers to the market of Kazakhstan are Russia, Turkey, Germany, Finland, India, Iran, Czechia, Poland and France.
